From what we have been told The Florida Caravan was due to begin in Tallahassee, our state Capital! It just makes sense for the Florida Caravan that begins in Tallahassee for someone in Tallahassee to line up and get things going! That’s where Chris Keena, your Florida Captain [email protected], with Cruisin’ Corvettes of Tallahassee steps in to make this 30^th Anniversary of the National Corvette Museum the best yet!

All are welcome to join the Florida Caravan, no matter where you call home, no matter if you belong to a Club or not, and regardless of your National Corvette Museum membership status. NCM membership is encouraged, but it is not a requirement for the event.  This is NOT a local Club hosting this event, you do not need to be in a Club to participate, all are welcome.

August 25, 2024: We will begin our journey to Bowling Green by starting our Florida Caravan and arriving in Tallahassee on Sunday. Plan on checking into your hotels mid-afternoon and make your way over to District 850, click here, for our initial check-in to pick up your credentials, have some hor d’oeuvres and beverages. Beyond the registration fee you can enjoy some entertainment such as bowling, shoot some billiards or challenge some other Corvette enthusiast at axe throwing!!!

August 26, 2024: Monday morning we will gather at the Tallahassee Automobile Museum, click here, to take a tour of over 160 rare, historic and antique automobiles from all over the world! On our way out of the museum we will grab a boxed lunch and depart for a Corvette Caravan to Talladega to run the superspeedway Tuesday morning!!!

This hotel is about 15 minutes from Nashville and about 50 minutes from the Corvette Museum.  I think this location will be ideal because if you want to, you can visit Nashville and enjoy that city on the same trip!
