Immediately Following | Depart for Augusta Bourbon Distillery Before distilleries began springing up in central Kentucky, bourbon whisky flowed right here in the original Bourbon County. Corn-based distillations from hilltop stills found their way down to the banks of Augusta in old oaken barrels, where they were loaded on flat bottom boats and distributed downstream to the west and south. This journey would not only transport the whisky but also transform it into what we know today as bourbon.

NCM Corvette Racing Weekend at the AACA Museum
Presented by Michelin
OCTOBER 24 – OCTOBER 26, 2024
Come join Doug Fehan and Corvette Racing by PrattMiller Motorsports for the annual fundraiser for the National Corvette Museum and the AACA Museum foundations. We will review this year’s IMSA season and the outlook for next year’s schedule. Joining Doug will be Michelin and Mobil 1 representatives and other special guests. On Thursday, August 24, 2024, we will kick-off the festivities with a Happy Hour at Troegs Brewery, located just minutes from the AACA Museum. Enjoy locally crafted beer or a glass of wine as you mingle with other Corvette enthusiasts. If you’re staying for dinner, enjoy their fine food selections. On Friday, August 25, 2024, the day will start-off with a Road Tour. We are thrilled to be visiting The NB Center for American Automotive Heritage. With a mission to preserve cars, knowledge and skills, The NB Center is dedicated to the preservation of American automotive history with a focus on the mid-market cars from the 1920’s to the 1960’s. The 27 acre campus houses nearly 200 cars ranging from 1915 to 2017, restoration shops, an automotive machine shop, Visitor Welcome Center, a library, photo studio, and nearly 2 miles of roads allowing cars to be exercised regularly. Not open to the public, the facility can only be viewed through group tours such as this. That evening, activities will continue with a Meet and Greet at the Iberian Cocktail Lounge (cash bar), located in the historic Hotel Hershey, where you’ll greet old friends and make new ones. You’ll also have the opportunity to mingle with event speakers in a relaxed and informal setting. On Saturday, October 26, 2024, we will host our annual Corvette Racing Seminar which will include an auction of Corvette Racing related items, a full slate of speakers and will end with an autograph session.
