Job Title: Delivery Program Assistant
Department: Delivery
Status: Full Time
Job Duties: Position will be responsible for coordinating all delivery programs, including NCM Deliveries, Xperiences, VIP Tours, Buyers’ Tours and Photo Albums. Generating and processing all paperwork associated with each program. Track targeted cars for Buyers Tour / Photo Albums. Maintain database. Provide personalized service to customers.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, administrative skills.

Job Title: NCM Insurance Agent
Department: NCM Insurance Agency
Status: Full Time, some weekend work and travel required. Salary and comprehensive benefits. No commission.
Job Duties: Responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering calls and emails. Quote, issue and modify policies, follow-up policy renewal retention, work with customers and coordinate with insurance carrier on claims and other miscellaneous initiatives. Research and contact new potential customers, research vehicle values and assist customer in setting an agreed upon value. Knowledge of classic cars and able to understand the language, attention to detail and accuracy, sales skills, conversational skills, self-motivated, flexible hours. Agent is also responsible for helping create article or blog posts and attend car shows throughout the year.
Requirements: High school diploma, college preferred. Property and Casualty Insurance License a plus. Will train, but expected to pass licensing test within a short period of time. Computer knowledge, customer service, Word, Excel.

Job Title: NCM Insurance Customer Service Representative
Department: NCM Insurance Agency
Status: Full Time, some weekend work and travel required. Comparable pay and benefits.
Job Duties: Administrative assistance to customers and agents. Position will be responsible for answering calls and emails, processing policy paperwork, assisting with questions and requests, providing information on claim handling and providing excellent customer service. CSR will work with agents and customers in obtaining required underwriting documentation. Will also service Sub-Agents and assist in processing information prior to policy issuance. Knowledge of Corvettes and cars in general. Will also be responsible for helping create article or blog posts and, at times, attend car shows throughout the year.
Requirements: High school diploma. Computer knowledge, strong customer service attitude, conversational skills, attention to details and accuracy, sales skills, self-motivated.

Job Title: Corvette Store Associate
Department: Corvette Store
Status: Part Time, Rotating schedule (including weekends), typically 20-25 hours per week. Position starts at $9.00 per hour.
Job Duties: Position will have a range of duties including but not limited to customer service, sales, computerized cash register, stock, shipping, cleaning, etc.
Requirements: Previous retail experience preferred, Strong attention to detail, ability to multi task.  Strong customer service background, flexibility.  Physical requirements: standing and lifting.

Job Title: New Corvette Delivery Host / Guide
Department: Delivery Department
Status: Part time, varying schedule (may include some weekends), 20-25 hours per week, depending on need.
Job Duties: Position will include one on one customer service for owners picking up their new corvette, conducting guided tours of the Museum and the Corvette Assembly Plant, hands-on training for new Corvette buyers on the features and functions of the car, cross-selling Museum products and services, and photography of the new owner with their car.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills, Standing and walking most of the day, flexibility in scheduling, valid driver’s license. Corvette knowledge a plus.

Job Title: Plant Tour Guide
 Department:   Plant Tour
Status: Part time, varying schedule 15-25 hours per week, depending on need.
Job Duties:   Conduct organized and informative tours of the Corvette Assembly Plant. Assist with selling tickets as needed, and checking in and organizing group tours as needed.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills, Standing and walking most of the day, flexibility in scheduling. Corvette knowledge a plus.
