Volunteer Opportunities

You Can Make a Difference

From individuals to family groups to Corvette clubs, we welcome all to volunteer at the Museum in many capacities. Volunteering at the National Corvette Museum (NCM) offers a distinctive and exceptional experience. Nestled along both sides of the bustling Interstate 65, the NCM is widely recognized as the “Gateway to All Things Corvette.” Visitors flock to the museum from various corners of the globe, drawn by the prospect of witnessing the assembly of Corvettes during our guided Bowling Green Assembly Plant tours and immersing themselves in the history of America’s Sports Car.

To schedule a time to volunteer with the Raffle Program, Museum Education, Corvette Store, or Guest Surveys, email us at [email protected], or click the button below to sign up as a General Volunteer.

What Our Volunteers Are Saying

As a volunteer at the National Corvette Museum, I have had the opportunity to share my passion for these cars with people from all over the country as well as the world. I know the staff members appreciate a little extra help, especially during the special event weekends. Visitors always tell me I have the best job in the world. I’m proud to be associated with the NCM.

We have been volunteering during NCM live events and with our Corvette club each summer for many years.  Combined we have volunteered at events in parking, the Corvette Store, registration, membership, the Museum restaurant, and sitting at a volunteer table selling raffle tickets, memberships, and bricks. Volunteering is a love for and a commitment to the Museum of your time. Plus, you get to meet so many wonderful people from all over the US that become friends for life.
Whether you stay for a couple of days, a week, or longer, it feels wonderful to give back to the hard-working staff. We feel the volunteers are the backbone of the Museum in a support role. There is always room for and a need for more volunteers.
Give volunteering a try and wear that red Volunteer shirt that tells everybody who you are and what you are doing! You will not regret it!

Volunteering at the National Corvette Museum is like starting a new year at school – but each class is recess! The friends you make and the things you learn along the way are priceless. Volunteering at major events gives you an inside view of what it takes to make one work and an opportunity for you to contribute to its success. You have on-the-job training and get a free lunch each day and a free volunteer t-shirt. But the best feeling is that you know you are giving back to YOUR Museum.

This place is the coolest. They always let me do the greatest Volunteer work and it is always very amazing to be around Corvettes all the time. VOLUNTEER here, Staff is cool 2. Volunteering is a beautiful experience that I recommend to everyone. You get the opportunity to learn about a different culture, help people in need, share your love for Corvette & the Community.
