The National Corvette Museum is privileged to announce that Andy Marcum has joined the organization as the new Director of Accounting. Reporting to the National Corvette Museum Board Executive Committee, Marcum’s leadership role will oversee and manage all aspects of the organization’s financial operations. This includes financial oversight of the National Corvette Museum, the NCM Motorsports Park, and NCM Insurance, with responsibilities spanning strategic budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
A results-driven finance professional with a proven track record of driving profitability and enhancing organizational performance, Marcum joins the National Corvette Museum from Chariot Logistics, where he served as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources. He previously held finance leadership roles in the law, mortgage, and hospital systems industries. His expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting—combined with a strong understanding of market dynamics—has consistently helped organizations streamline financial performance and achieve sustainable growth.
“With the addition of Andy Marcum, our team continues to strengthen with diverse talents and backgrounds that will help the Museum achieve the levels of consistency, measurement, and success that our Members, guests, stakeholders, and partners expect,” commented Kaye Wagner, National Corvette Museum Board Chair. “His focus on maintaining strong financial forecasting and checks and balances ensures we can sustain our momentum and grow responsibly while staying true to our mission.”
The addition of Marcum strengthens an already dynamic leadership team, following the recent appointments of Amy Hardin as the Museum’s Director of Development in October and Robert Maxhimer as Director of Curatorial Affairs and Education, who joined in early 2024.
“The Corvette is not just a car—it’s a symbol of innovation, performance, and legacy, and I’m excited to play a role in ensuring the Museum’s financial stability and growth as it continues to share this story with the world,” explained Marcum. “Having worked in a variety of industries, I’ve gained a broad perspective on how financial strategies drive success across different sectors.”
