If you’ve ever wanted to see America’s Sports Car come to life, now is the time to book your visit. Summer 2026 Corvette Plant tours are now available through the National Corvette Museum, giving enthusiasts a rare behind-the-scenes look inside the General Motors Bowling Green Assembly Plant.

Led by knowledgeable guides, each tour takes guests through the Corvette assembly process, showcasing the craftsmanship, technology, and attention to detail that goes into every vehicle. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the people, precision, and innovation behind America’s Sports Car.

Summer 2026 Plant Tour Dates

Plant tours are currently available on the following dates:

  • July 20-24
  • July 27-31
  • August 3-7
  • August 10-14
  • August 17-21
  • August 31-September 4

Availability is limited, and tours often sell out, so we encourage guests to reserve their preferred date as early as possible. Before booking, please remember that Plant Tours have specific safety requirements, including closed-toe, closed-heel shoes and restrictions on personal items such as cell phones, cameras, bags, and other electronic devices inside the assembly plant. Guests should review all tour guidelines before their visit.

Help Make the Experience Possible

As plant tours return for the summer season, we’re also looking for volunteers to help support this unforgettable experience. One of our most important volunteer roles is serving as a plant tour “follow.” This volunteer walks at the back of each tour group to help ensure guests remain together, follow safety guidelines, and enjoy a smooth experience from start to finish. It’s a simple but essential role that helps our guides focus on delivering an outstanding tour.

Whether you’re a longtime Corvette enthusiast or simply enjoy meeting visitors from around the world, volunteering is a great way to support the Museum while getting a unique perspective on the only Corvette assembly plant in the world. If you’re interested in becoming a plant tour volunteer, visit our Volunteer page to learn more about this opportunity and how to get involved.

We look forward to welcoming you this summer, whether you’re joining a tour or helping make one possible.
