2022 Michelin NCM Bash

April 28-30, 2022

Kickoff of the NCM onsite event season with us here in Bowling Green, KY! Returning activities include a seminar and classroom sessions by GM certified Corvette Technician Paul Koerner. Enjoy guided road tours, two celebrity choice car shows, a celebrity autograph session, auctions, and book signings.

Seminar schedule and a more detailed agenda will be made available as we can confirm presenter’s ability to be onsite. Those that are not with us here at the Museum will be doing live interactive sessions similar to those held at the 2021 Michelin NCM Bash.

Online registration closes at 9:00am central time on Tuesday, April 12th. All activities are open to Event Registrants only. On-line registrants will receive a hardcard credential, lanyard, event pin and dash plaque. Lifetime registration is $25pp, member registration is $30pp and non-member registration is $40pp.

Lane Motor Museum is one of the few museums in the U.S. to specialize in European cars. Some cars are in showroom condition, while others represent typical aging. Efforts are made to restore each vehicle to near-original specifications. The goal of Lane Motor Museum is to share in the mission of collection and preserving automotive history for future generations. You don’t want to miss out!

Jordan Lee, Small Block Chief Engineer, Dustin Gardner, Small Block Assistant Chief Engineer, Yoon Lee, Small Block Design System Engineer, and Chad Gilbert, Small Block Design System Engineer will present and review all of the technical details and highlights of designing and developing the all new 670Hp Small Block Gemini LT6 engine that will power the new 2023MY Corvette Z06.

We all know that the V8 engine is what gets our heart pumping!  How did we come to the 5.5 LT6 in the 23 ZO6 ?! In this immersive seminar, we will have displays of past V8 engines and reference how these reliable power packed engines paved the way for this new art of engineering in the LT6.  LT1, LS1, LT5 , yes, they all helped! Join Paul, Lori and Shy from Corvettemechanic team for this interactive seminar.  As always, question and answer will be part of it!

Step back to the 1970s and explore how the demands of federal regulations depreciated performance of the third generation Corvette while transitioning to the creature comforts that accompany performance of today’s generations. Russo targets the 1978 Pace Car as the shift to a new marketing scheme that resulted in eighteen Corvette Pace Cars; the most powerful in Corvette’s nearly 75-year legacy.
