The National Corvette Museum is pleased to announce that Brian Hunley has been named as Director of Accounting. Hunley joined the National Corvette Museum in January 2023 as Accounting Manager and brings more than fifteen years of accounting experience. In his new role as Director of Accounting, Hunley will be responsible for the organization’s establishment and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Hunley is also responsible for accounting operations and systems, analysis and report preparation, and leading the accounting staff.

Prior to joining the National Corvette Museum, Hunley served as North American Controller and CFO for Virtus Precision Tube in Franklin, Kentucky. During his career, Hunley has also worked in roles of the financial departments of some of the areas most-successful companies including Constellium, Pan-Oston, Logan Aluminum, and Cumberland Scrap Processors.

Hunley began his career with Fruit of the Loom in Bowling Green, starting as a staff accountant upon graduation. Hunley holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.

According to Sharon Brawner, President and CEO of the National Corvette Museum, the organization is thrilled to promote Brian Hunley to Director of Accounting. “Since joining our team in January of 2023, Brian Hunley has been an exceptional accountant,” said Brawner. “He has worked diligently to improve day-to-day operations and has created high-quality strategic solutions as necessary. The National Corvette Museum is fortunate to have him leading our accounting team.”

Hunley will assume his duties on May 10, 2023.
