About Mandi
Mandi Thomas serves as Director of Human Resources & Business Operations for the National Corvette Museum. Thomas is responsible for leading the human resources, safety and security, and IT departments for the overarching organization which provides shared services to National Corvette Museum, the NCM Motorsports Park, and the National Corvette Museum Insurance Agency. Thomas maintains HR across the organization, informing all decisions and policies regarding company structure, compensation and benefits, talent management, and regulatory compliance. Before joining the National Corvette Museum, Thomas served for over a decade as the Human Resources Manager for Connected Nation, a national non-profit technology organization with multiple subsidiaries throughout the U.S. in both the non-profit and for-profit sector. Additionally, Thomas has served in finance and human resources roles at Camping World Holdings, Inc. Thomas holds both a Bachelor’s degree and MBA in Human Resources Management from Western Kentucky University and an HR certification through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
