2021 NAAM Conference
Tuesday November 16th – Friday November 19th
One of the greatest challenges facing museums is growing our audiences and memberships to continue to see financial success and fulfill our missions as public trusts. For that reason, the 2021 NAAM Conference theme is Next Gen, a play on the recent reveal of the Next Generation Corvette, which was aimed to bring a new generation of owners to the Corvette brand. The conference’s goal is to provide attendees with tools to think beyond the way we currently approach our day to day and think outside the box towards what a new generation of guests and members will be looking for from our institutions. Sessions will focus on how our museums can serve new generations as educational institutions, digital opportunities for our collections, guest accessibility inside our museums, and opportunities that lead to unrelated business income. As always, our biggest conference goal is to encourage and facilitate idea and experience sharing among attendees.
