October 20-21, 2017: “NCM Presents the First Annual Corvette Racing Weekend with Doug Fehan and Special Guest Tommy Milner”

Attention all Corvette fans: Mark your calendars for October 20-21, 2017.  The National Corvette Museum is excited to announce we will be welcoming Corvette Racing Program Manager Doug Fehan, and 2-time Le Mans winning driver Tommy Milner for a 2-day celebration dedicated to Corvette Racing. Under Doug’s leadership, Corvette Racing has earned over 100 race victories, 10 team championships, 9 driver championships and 8 victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 1999.

Friday 10/20 events & schedule:

The Corvette Racing Weekend kicks-off on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 6:30pm with a reception (cash bar) with Doug and Tommy. The duo will recap the 2017 24 Hours of Le Mans during a buffet dinner (cash bar) which will start at 7:15pm. The evening will close with an autograph session.

** Friday / Saturday tickets are $65 Per Person

Rate also includes admission to the AACA Museum.

** Saturday only tickets are available for $25 per person and includes all Saturday activities and admission to the AACA Museum.

Please note that tickets for Friday’s dinner event must be purchased in advance, and no tickets will be sold at the door. Ticket sales for the dinner end on Thursday, October 12, 2017.

Saturday’s Corvette Racing Day will begin at 9:00am and end at 2:00pm. The day will include:

Doug and Tommy recapping the 2017 Corvette Racing season

The C5-R that Dale Earnhardt raced at the 2001 Rolex 24 Hour on display, thanks to Lance Miller

Auction of Corvette Racing memorabilia

Andy Pilgrim reuniting with the C5-R that he co-drove with Dale and telling what is was like to be his teammate

Kai Spande, Corvette Plant Manager, presenting an update on the latest plant developments

Richard Prince, Official Corvette Racing Photographer, presenting images from the 2001 Rolex 24 Hour

Lee Willard, Chief Michelin Corvette Tire Engineer, speaking on the company’s latest Corvette tire technology

Mobil 1 discussing their latest lubricant formulations

Event will end with an autograph session with Doug and Tommy

On both days, we will be selling NCM merchandise and Corvette raffle tickets.

Make it a weekend club event and caravan in!  There are major hotel chains located within minutes of the Museum, and for those flying in, Harrisburg International Airport is less than a half-hour away. Come early and stay late. Some of the attractions within a few minutes’ drive are:
