2025 Corvette Model‑Year Production

With 25,835 Corvettes built in the 2025 model year*, the eighth-generation Corvette lineup set the pace for attainable supercar performance.

Total

25,835

*Totals include pre-production units.

At a Glance

Stingray remains the backbone: 13,640 units (52.8% of all 2025 Corvettes).

Z06 stays ferocious: 8,862 units (34.3%).

E‑Ray gains traction: 3,153 units (12.2%).

ZR1 enters the chat: 180 units in its first‑year, halo‑grade, limited run (0.7%).

Body‑style split: Coupes 56.8% / Convertibles 43.2%.

Global reach: RHD 1.7% of total production (436 units).

Standout Trends & Insights

Convertibles still matter. Nearly half of buyers went hard top convertible (43.2%), a strong signal that Corvette performance and open-air motoring still belong in the same sentence.

Electrified performance isn’t a novelty. E‑Ray accounted for 12.2% of production, with the Convertible (1,779) outpacing the Coupe (1,374)—proof that stealthy AWD punch and drop‑top fun can coexist.

Track packages find real homes. Z06 with Z07 landed at 1,805 units—20.4% of all Z06 builds—serious aero, braking, and tire hardware chosen by owners who actually use it.

ZR1 is rare air. 180 total builds in 2025. Nearly half (46.1%) carried the ZTK Performance Package—the full send.

Color & Interior Choices

Top exterior colors (overall share):

Black — 17.8% (4,601)

Arctic White — 17.6% (4,548)

Torch Red — 13.1% (3,387)

Honorable mentions: Red Mist (11.3%), Seawolf (10.7%), Riptide (7.1%).

Interior leader: Black (4AA) — 57.2% (14,767).

Notables among enthusiasts: Black/Adrenaline Red (18.1%), Black/Sky Cool Gray (8.1%), Black/Natural (7.8%), plus smaller but punchy picks like Jet Black/Argon and Twilight/Tension.

Performance Packages & Options (real adoption, real intent)

Stingray with Z51 Performance Package: 6,485 units – 47.5% of all Stingrays, 25.1% of all 2025 Corvettes

Z06 with Z07 Performance Package: 1,805 units (20.4% of Z06)

Carbon Flash Accent Package (ZYC): 9,173 units (35.5% overall)

Blackout Package (BAZ): 7,219 units (27.9% overall)

ZR1 with ZTK Performance Package: 83 units (46.1% of ZR1)

Where Corvette Goes Next

Electrified traction is now a pillar, not a prototype. E‑Ray’s mix of instant torque and all‑weather confidence will keep rippling through the lineup.

Heritage and heat still sell. Stingray and Z06 carry the volume—and the flag—while ZR1 occupies the oxygen‑thin summit.

Options are the expectation. Owners are checking boxes for brakes, aero, and cooling at rates that used to be niche. Corvette buyers want capability.

The 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X has officially arrived, delivering unprecedented performance and technology as the most powerful and most advanced Corvette ever produced. With a staggering 1,250 horsepower, an electrified all-wheel-drive system, and supercar-dominating acceleration, the ZR1X represents a major leap forward for America’s Sports Car.

Built in Bowling Green. Preserved at the National Corvette Museum.

Every 2026 Corvette ZR1X is built at the Bowling Green Assembly Plant, located just one mile from the National Corvette Museum. From factory to exhibit floor, Corvette history is both made and celebrated in the heart of Kentucky.

“It’s an honor to be here today. No one else builds a car like this,” said Josh Holder, Corvette Chief Engineer. “The 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X competes with vehicles that cost ten times more, and it’s built right here in the USA — in Bowling Green, Kentucky.”

2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X Specs and Performance

Under the rear hatch, the ZR1X features a hand-built LT7 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 generating 1,064 horsepower, combined with a front electric motor that adds 186 horsepower and instant torque. This advanced propulsion system enables:

1,250 combined horsepower

0 to 60 mph in under 2 seconds (GM-estimated)

Quarter-mile times under 9 seconds

Top speed among the highest ever for a production Corvette

With Magnetic Ride Control, carbon ceramic brakes, active aerodynamics, and modes like Push-to-Pass and Endurance, the ZR1X brings race-ready technology to the road. The available ZTK Performance Package and Carbon Aero options enhance downforce and grip for maximum control.

Triple-Screen Cockpit and Corvette Innovation

Inside, the 2026 Corvette ZR1X debuts a new triple-screen digital cockpit, combining high-performance telemetry with next-generation design. Premium materials and intuitive controls reflect Corvette’s evolution as a luxury-performance benchmark. The LT7 engine is hand-assembled at the Performance Build Center, a hallmark of Corvette’s craftsmanship.

Experience the Legacy of Corvette Performance

The National Corvette Museum is proud to celebrate this milestone in Corvette history. As the ZR1X pushes Corvette into new territory, the Museum continues its mission to educate and inspire through world-class exhibits, archival collections, and immersive experiences.

Visitors to the Museum can explore more than 100 historic Corvettes, including performance icons, engineering milestones, and the technologies that paved the way to the ZR1X. Events like the Michelin Bash and the Anniversary Celebration bring the Corvette community together to honor the car that changed everything.

The 2026 Corvette color lineup is turning heads with two bold new additions, unveiled during the 2025 Michelin National Corvette Museum Bash at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Corvette fans got their first look at Roswell Green Metallic and Blade Silver Metallic, two fresh finishes that bring a mix of futuristic style and timeless flair to America’s Sports Car.

Roswell Green Metallic debuts with a vibrant, otherworldly tone—an instant standout for those looking to drive something truly different. Blade Silver Metallic makes a sleek comeback, nodding to Corvette heritage with a clean, high-impact look that reflects Corvette’s legacy of performance and design.

As Corvette makes room for these exciting new paint options, two popular colors will retire after 2025: Rapid Blue and Sea Wolf Gray Tricoat. Both shades helped define a generation of Corvette style and will remain fan favorites in the rearview mirror.

Want to see the future of Corvette design in person? Plan your visit to the National Corvette Museum, where you can explore the evolution of the Corvette and get a closer look at what’s next for the most iconic name in American performance.

Kai Spande, Bowling Green Assembly Plant Manager, joined us today at the 2021 Michelin NCM BASH to share Corvette Assembly Plant updates. To kick off the discussion, Spande mentioned how on June 1st, 1981 was when the first Corvette was produced at the Bowling Green Assembly Plant. Since that historic day, there have been many performance changes and advancements. One of these advancements is Right Hand Drive. So far in 2021, 3.68% of the Corvettes produced were exports and 1.36% of exports were Right Hand Drive exports. Right Hand Drive Corvettes impact 56 jobs, 8 commodity differences, and require 526 RHD specific parts.

Also, on the topic of changes, Spande discussed how General Motors has been working to remain customer and community centric even during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the ways the plant gives back to the community is through plant tours. Although tours have not started back up yet, the plant has been preparing for their return and has gone through renovations during the downtime. Spande also announces that GM is on a journey to sourcing 100% renewable energy by 2030 to achieve a “greener tomorrow”. This project is made possible through GM’s partnership with TVA and their Green Invest Program. Spande says this is “a great thing to do from a company standpoint and a green standpoint” and that “a lot of jobs will come about from this.”

At the end of Spande’s presentation, the audience was surprised with the exciting announcement of the new 2022 colors. The new colors include Hypersonic Gray Metallic, Amplify Orange Tint-coat, and Caffeine Metallic. The colors they are replacing are Shadow Gray Metallic, Sebring Orange Tint-coat, and Zeus Bronze Metallic, respectively. The new Hypersonic Gray Metallic is described as a medium tone gray with a strong metallic content. This color will have travel, meaning that as light goes across the body of the car and the angles change, the shade of the color will also change. This helps show off the body of the car by helping to “magnify the sculpted lines.” The new Amplify Orange Tint-coat is lighter in color than the current Sebring Orange Tint-coat and is a straight shade, which means there is no metallic. This color is said to be the “Rapid Blue of orange” and is going to be a premium color option. The new Caffeine Metallic color “comes to life in the light” and has more metallic in it than any previous Corvette paint. There are many different hues that can be seen while this color is in the light including burgundy/red, silver, and gold metallic. These exciting new paint additions offer unique color options for Corvette buyers and look amazing.
