NCM – Chip Miller Charitable Foundation
August 25-26, 2014

August heralds two significant events on the Corvette calendar, Corvettes at Carlisle and the NCM’s 20th Anniversary Celebration.  It is our pleasure to announce the collaboration of these two incredible organizations in an HPDE/Touring event to benefit the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation and the National Corvette Museum.  Scheduled between the Carlisle and Bowling Green events, it will provide a chance to support 2 outstanding organizations, enjoy and learn about track and enhance the Caravan experience while taking part in the National Corvette Caravan.

Similar to our VIR format, there will be 4 student run groups, an instructor group and our special feature; Touring Laps for those with convertibles and/or drivers that don’t want to do the full out HPDE school. See below for a link to Touring information/registration.  We expect to have a number of VIP Drivers available for celebrity drives, vintage race cars for rides and interesting classroom discussions as well as our crew of GM engineers and designers. The student fee for NCM members is $475 for the two days and $515 for non members (includes a discounted membership).

All HPDE participants are reminded that it is imperative after registering to fill out and return their Classification form no later than July 28th and download their Driver Package for the tech sheets and key information. Classification paperwork is required to be turned in to Karen promptly after registration for correct run assignment. Registration closes at 8am central time, Monday, July 28th 2014.

All attendees for HPDE, including instructors and students must register for the event.  Spectators/guests who are not driving do not need to register but will be required to check in at the facility for a wristband. If you need waitlist information or have any questions on the HPDE portion, please contact Karen Renfrow at – 270.467.8804
