Q: When will I receive my membership packet?
- You will receive your membership packet within four weeks.
Q: Can I pass my membership along to someone else?
- No, memberships are not transferable.

- Approximately 24 hours after signing up for membership, you may go to member services and click on the link below the log in/password box to have it e-mailed to you.
Q: How can I change my address?
- You may change your address online by signing on with your user id and password, or you may call us at 1-800-53-VETTE.
Q: If my membership lapsed, can I still renew it?
- Memberships that have expired more than six months are no longer valid and a new membership will need to be instated.
Q: Is my information shared with anyone outside of the National Corvette Museum?
- No, we strive to protect the privacy of our members and do not provide members' information to anyone outside of the NCM.
