2017 MiM KY 1 Lap (3) –

 October 23 – 28, 2017

2017 will usher in the 8th annual KY 1 Lap tour, part of the Museum in Motion (MiM) program and unique in that it is a partnership between the National Corvette Museum and the Kentucky State Police. The two organizations will join to raise money for both the Museum and Trooper Island, a KSP non-profit camp for underprivileged children. Each year the Tour explores a different section of Kentucky. As always, the tour will be led by a Kentucky State Trooper, now using a marked red Corvette which is sure to attract attention as the caravan travels through an area of real Americana.  This year we head to Eastern KY where we will learn about coal mining, country music and visit some of our beautiful KY State Parks. Due to overwhelming interest, we are offering this tour 3 consecutive weeks in October.

  • Tour 1 – Oct. 9 Through Oct. 14
  • Tour 2 – Oct. 16 Through Oct. 21
  • Tour 3 – Oct. 23 Through Oct. 28

As with all MiM Tours, space is limited so make sure you sign on to NCM eNews to get the latest information on all events including opening of registration and fees. GPS highly recommended! Questions, contact Karen or Bryce
